With more than 30 years of experience, Leonard’s work displays his deep creativity, and resourcefulness.  His projects have included new houses, house renovations and restorations, interior design, landscape design, space planning, site planning, campus planning as well as institutional, corporate and urban design.  Clients appreciate his hands-on approach and masterful ability to collaborate with teams of all stripes.  He resides in Ivoryton, CT with his family.  When he isn’t thinking about all things architecture, you may find him deep in the study of guitars and all things related to guitars and music.

While her decision to attend Skidmore College as an undergraduate may have been heavily influenced by its outstanding equestrian program, it was here she fell in love with theatre, soon becoming involved in all aspects of stagecraft.  Knowing she wanted to follow a career in architecture and design, Sara earned a Bachelor of Science with a self-determined major incorporating studies in technical theatre, art history, and studio art.

 

At the University of Pennsylvania, Sara’s studies ran the gamut from historic preservation to environmental building simulation eventually earning a Master of Architecture at the Graduate School of Fine Arts (now called the School of Design).

 

Sara has been with Wyeth Architects since 2009 working on numerous residential and institutional projects.  Prior to this she worked at Centerbrook Architects and Planners in Essex, CT where she was involved in many different project types including museums, independent schools, student centers, research laboratories, and athletic centers.

 

Sara is passionate about sustainability and is a LEED professional and recently earned her Passive House certification (Certified Passive House Designer).  Her dream home is a converted barn.

Victoria has worked on many architectural projects ranging from residential to university facilities to affordable housing and hospitality, including the award-winning Ocean House Hotel and Condominiums in Watch Hill, RI.  She enjoys working with clients, helping to create spaces that not only fit their needs, but provide lasting value.  Coordinating project teams is another challenge she enjoys, an activity that can be, as she puts it,“akin to herding cats - difficult, but very satisfying when you get them all on the same page.”

 

She earned her Masters of Architecture from Rhode Island School of Design in 2004 and holds a BA from Yale in East Asian Studies.  Highly interested in the intersection of climate change and the built environment, she keeps close watch on sustainable building research and climate adaptation information.  Some of her other hobbies include bluegrass fiddling, music teaching and sea kayaking.
